It’s back to school time at the Institut d’Excellence Culinaire Guillaume Gomez ! Both campuses — Akamasoa and Ampampamena — have welcomed their new apprentice...

𝑨𝒏 𝒆𝒙𝒄𝒆𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝒎𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒔𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑭𝒐𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑬𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒆 𝒅𝒆 𝑭𝒆́𝒍𝒊𝒙 ! Today, the students had the immense honour of meeting 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑬𝒎𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒖𝒆𝒍 𝑴𝒂𝒄𝒓𝒐𝒏 and 𝑴𝒂𝒅𝒂𝒎𝒆 𝑩𝒓𝒊𝒈𝒊𝒕𝒕𝒆 𝑴𝒂𝒄𝒓𝒐𝒏, who came to salute their commitment and passion for French culinary excellence alongside 𝑮𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒖𝒎𝒆 𝑮𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒛.

They had the privilege of preparing and serving a lunch that was as symbolic as it was exceptional - an unforgettable experience!
