CAKESFORLIGHT.org program
Based on class scores, students receive solar-powered lighting kits for their homes, bringing light to their families. This project was financed by the solidarity sale of pastries by school Children in France, Belgium and in Switzerland.

Basic education in the middle of Ankarana
This primary school is at the service of basic education for a population with first-time access to education, in one of the most isolated and inaccessible regions of Madagascar. 750 children from 3 to 16 years old are educated there for free, in one of the most beautiful educational infrastructure of the North of Madagascar.
Institut d’Excellence culinaire Guillaume Gomez Ankarana Since 2019
Located “in the middle of nowhere”, at the foot of the Tsingy de l’Ankarana National Park, a stone’s throw from the Island of Nossi-Bé and its immense tourist potential, this training center aims to provide a noble profession to promotions of 12 apprentice cooks per year. Free diploma training, recognized by the State, is provided in French, following an educational program inspired by the CAP Cuisinier.
Institut d’Excellence culinaire Guillaume Gomez Akamasoa Since 2021
Equipped with 2 classrooms with video projection and job training kitchen fully equipped with the latest French cooking technologies produced by ENODIS, this center of excellence was built in record time, in the midst of the COVID19 pandemic. The first class of 48 apprentice chefs inaugurated this “Embassy of French Culinary Knowledge” on october 2022.
